Agricultural open burning is the burning of cover vegetation for the purpose of preparing the 
soil for crop production, weed control, fence lines and irrigation ditches.  Commercial orchard 
tree trimmings are also considered agricultural in nature.  These above do not require a burn permit.
          

Burning of any type is not premitted durning hazardous weather or Red Flag days.
